Why Qlira

Seven things we believe about how projects lose time, and what they mean in the product.

  1. 01

Delays show up late because the plan and the project are two different things.

The schedule lives in the planning tool and gets updated at month end. What happened today lives in chat groups, inboxes, paper reports and the engineer’s memory. Qlira puts them in one place: the schedule is the live record, and every update is a change to it. The forecast moves the same day the project does.

  2. 02

Every day is the same loop, and the loop is where the time goes.

Updates shared, people followed up, decisions made, plans reorganised and assigned again. Each step is small. Together they consume the resource every project runs on. Qlira runs the loop: the AI replans, reschedules and proposes tomorrow’s assignments after each update, so people spend the day on the work instead of on the coordination.

  3. 03

    The forecast shows its work.

It recomputes the critical path on the live schedule, with each task’s own working calendar. Then it runs the remaining work hundreds of times using how long your activities have actually taken, and gives a likely finish and the chance of a late one. Every risk flag names the check that fired and the evidence. Every recommendation shows the days it recovers, and you can ask why.

  4. 04

It learns from your finished work, and nobody else’s.

What Qlira learns about how long your activities take, it learns from your own finished work only. It is only used once it forecasts better than the plan did, and it says so on screen. Nothing is shared across customers.

  5. 05

    The AI proposes. People decide.

Extractions from reports are reviewed before they are applied. Recommendations are accepted or dismissed by someone with the permission to do so. Report-outs are edited before they are sent. Every one of those decisions is an event on the log.

  6. 06

Built for the people on site.

A supervisor’s day is three taps from the phone’s home screen: daily update, tomorrow’s plan, pending work. It saves offline. Engineers review in minutes. Safety, procurement and accounting have their own modules, so the project has one record instead of five spreadsheets.

  7. 07

Runs on your servers if it has to.

The same product installs on-premise with a single script, behind your own HTTPS, with backups, upgrades and single sign-on. Roles are data, so a company renames and re-permissions them without waiting for us.
