Questions we get

If yours is not here, write to hey@qlira.ai and we will answer it and add it.

What do we need to get started?

A schedule from the tool you already plan in, for example Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or a spreadsheet. Upload it, review the activity mapping, apply. A 1,000-activity schedule imports in about a minute and the first assessment finishes in about 15 seconds.

Does Qlira replace our planning software?

No. Planners keep their tool. Qlira holds the live project, takes the next revision as a new baseline and keeps everything the field has already reported.

How does the forecast work?

It recomputes the critical path on the live schedule, then runs the remaining work hundreds of times using how long your activities have actually taken. You get the likely finish date, the range around it, and the chance of finishing late.

What does the AI actually do?

After every update it replans: recomputes the critical path, forecasts the finish, flags what is at risk, reschedules the work ahead and proposes who should do what tomorrow. It also reads reports and minutes into dated updates you review, answers questions with citations, and drafts report-outs that a person edits. It never changes the plan without someone accepting.

Where is our data stored?

In the cloud, or installed on your own servers. What Qlira learns, it learns from your organisation’s projects only. Nothing is shared across customers.

Who is Qlira for?

Right now, construction: contractors, consultants and developers running live projects. Project managers and planners get the forecast and the decisions. Site engineers and supervisors get a daily mobile workspace. Safety, procurement and accounting have their own modules.

How is Qlira priced?

Per organisation, by number of seats and modules, on an annual contract. On-premise installations are priced the same way plus a setup fee. Ask for a quote from the contact page.

Can we keep using our own daily report format?

Yes. Upload or forward the report and Qlira extracts the progress for review. Most sites move to the phone update within the first month because it is faster than writing the document.

What happens when the site has no signal?

The supervisor's report saves on the phone and replays when the connection returns. Nothing is lost and nothing is sent twice.

Does the AI change our schedule on its own?

No. It writes early and late dates, float and criticality onto the tasks so you can see them, proposes re-sequences and tomorrow’s assignments, and records all of that as events. The plan only changes when a person accepts a proposal, applies an import or edits a task.

Can we control who sees what?

Roles are data. Ten templates cover owner, admin, planner, project manager, engineer, supervisor, safety, procurement, accounting and viewer, and an organisation can rename them or change any capability. The copilot only answers from what the asker is allowed to see.

Which languages does it support?

The interface is in English. Progress reports in Arabic are extracted correctly; other languages on request.
