Plans are updated monthly; projects change hourly. We close that gap by making every update a change to the live plan, by letting the AI replan, schedule and assign the work ahead, and by keeping it honest: arithmetic you can check, evidence on every flag, and a person on every decision.
Vision
Projects that finish on the date they promised, with the people on them spending their days on the work.
Delay is the default outcome in construction, and most of it is visible weeks ahead to anyone with the whole picture. We want the whole picture on every project, from the supervisor’s phone to the client’s monthly report. Construction first; the same loop exists in every industry that runs projects.
